Release Notes

New in Fred Dispense Plus

Fred Dispense Plus automatically applies both software and drug updates. No user intervention is required, but please ensure that your server PC is always switched on as automatic updates are applied outside of business hours.

Batch and Expiry

The batch and expiry prompt will now default to Print on dispense label.

Fixed in Fred Dispense Plus

  • Improved patient match workflow when dispensing an eRx script for a patient without an IHI or Medicare card or Repat card.

  • Fixed an issue where the repeat interval check was not triggered when the last dispensing was a deferred script.

  • The drug name now appears on the coding sticker for private scripts.

  • Fixed an issue where the Fred Help Portal wouldn't open.

  • The address label now shows the charged indicator when using Fred2POS.
